Vaccinations
HEP A & B Vaccines
Hepatitis A and B Vaccines are offered beginning Fall Semester. The Hep A fee is $85 each for two vaccines given six months apart. The Hep B fee is $71 each for a series of three; the second vaccine given one month after the first and the third vaccine given six months from the first. All vaccines are billed to the State PPO and Medicare for 100% coverage. Go to Health Promotion's Calendar for the next scheduled vaccinations.
T-DaP Vaccines (Tetanus, Diptheria and Pertussis)
T-DaP Vaccines are offered at the same time as Hep A and B vaccines. The fee for TDaP is $62 and billed to the State PPO and Medicare for 100% coverage. TDaP was licensed in 2005. It is the first vaccine for adolescents and adults that protects against all three diseases. Tetanus is recommended every ten years. Flu Vaccine
Flu shots, WHEN AVAILABLE, are given twice during Fall Semester by MAXIM. You must bring your insurance card. Go to Health Promotion's Calendar for the next scheduled clinic or call 262-6314 for more information.
Pneumonia Vaccine
